A few useful details.
Who counts as a staff member?
Enabled staff accounts count towards your plan, including managers. Archived leavers do not count. Your price is not based on whether someone logged in that month.
How does annual payment work?
Pay upfront for a year at the cost of 10 monthly payments. Monthly billing is a rolling subscription. All prices shown exclude VAT.
What is included in setup and support?
Basic setup and ordinary support are included. If you want hands-on staff imports, inspection templates and manager training, optional assisted setup is proposed at around £250 as a one-off charge, excluding VAT.
Is AI included?
An AI allowance is included in the proposed plan. The company allowance is still being finalised; there is no published quota yet. Heavy AI usage and SMS may be offered as optional extras.
